I was with another supplier who was expensive and always increased price from time to time. I came across V4 who are cheaper and found the customer and general service first class with faster internet speed. And my understanding no price increase over contract period. It was a no brainer. The change over was as smooth as silk and I did not have gun held to my head. In present economic climate any savings are a bonus.

Yesterday 28th June my landline went dead at 10a,m, Incoming callers got engaged tone and message saying line busy. I thought someone was using my phone so I called V4 customer service. Arpa Bhattacharya dealt with my problem. I am not at all tech savvy so it was not easy for him when I did not understand. However he was calm, patient and step by step sorted out the problem. I can honestly say he is an asset to V4 and will go the extra mile to help out a customer. He deserves a five star rating.

Sanjay Maifuz Ahmed was so helpful when my internet service went down and I could not restart it from my phone. He was knowledgeable and very patient with my limited tech knowledge. Not only did he try several fixes he also monitored the service for the next couple of days and rang back to check that everything was good at my end. This is the best customer service I have ever received for which I sincerely thank him.
